Oy. So, I know. I'm an awful person for not posting and it's not fair for me to ask, but I really need motivation.
I haven't been doing well and that's probably why I haven't been posting. I mean, who wants to show everyone that they're not doing well? Not me. But I'm reaching out here.
I've been constantly hungry and I haven't been counting points and I've barely exercised. I'm feeling a little lost and I can't help but wonder where the hell my old motivation and energy is.
I don't think I've gained, but I'm getting there. So please help. Say anything. It might help me out.

I used to make my friend come to my desk and call me "Fatty Fattington" so that I would get my ass up and work out lol.
Ive gained. I went on vacation and gained. Im getting back into the game tomorrow so that I may hit my December goal!
Post anyways! Be the brave girl that posts when things arent going well, because sometimes a perfect post after perfect post can be unmotivating if that makes sense?(Does it?) We all screw up. And anyways, Ive missed your blogs! So get back to work, dammit!
Trust me, youre young, get this out of the way now, so that you can live your life!
Ok, enough preaching. P90X is waiting for you.
I think we all get to this stage in the motivation cycle, the question is whether we let the prospect of gaining kick us to the curb, or give us a kick up the ass to get going again.
Sooooo - just ease back into it by starting to point again. Don't worry about the rest of it for the moment, all the exercise and that, you'll regain the motivation for that when you feel a bit more in control. For the minute just get an idea of what you're eating, and start to adjust it to get some healthy filling foods in there to stop you feeling so hungry.
Life kind of steam-rollers over us sometimes, but we can get up and keep going. C'mon - we're all rooting for you!
Welcome back. You can do this. Just start moving... you can get back on track. It happens to all of us.
You sound overwhelmed by what you are NOT doing. First find something positive to tell yourself. Like are you drinking lots of water or getting a good night's sleep (all these things matter in weight loss)?
Then pick one thing you can do that day, like sticking to your points. After a day or two of having that, pick something else like getting 30 minutes of walking in. And just keep working on adding things until you have a routine that you think will benefit your weight loss.
You are a smart and motivated girl. You can do this. Just take it one step at a time, otherwise you will get frustrated and give it up altogether.
Why did you want to lose weight in the first place? You need to find that why, and focus on it again.
This is HARD, girl. We are all battling, every day. We know the bad days - so go ahead and tell us about them. When you don't talk about the bad days, they eat you up inside and you wind up trying to eat something that will make you feel better.
Get all those bad feelings out by posting about them!
It's never too late. Don't think about starting. Just START. Right now.
