Hmm to summarize I think this is what many have said:<BR/><BR/>- Exercise in the morning helps boost your metabolism throughout the day; exercise in the evening is good too but super intense exercise is not recommended (gradually bring down your pace up to right before bedtime, let your body relax and unwind with stretches etc.) But yeah calories burnt are still burnt ("registered" by your body).<BR/><BR/>- Eating right before bed, or right before a shower is not so good because the blood flow would be going to places other than your stomache (=where it should be going). So give your body some time to just plain DIGEST, before bed, before shower, etc.<BR/><BR/>Hmm? I dont know yesterdays question so I am on my way to find out and hopefully, I will have an answer for you :)<BR/><BR/>One of the things that has really helped me to shed pounds fast is I stopped eating after 8. They say not to exercise before bed but I do and I love the results and plus for me, it helps me fall asleep and stay asleep and when I wake up I have a lot of energy.
